$ TIME IS THE ULTIMATE LUXURY $

Technique: Acrylic paint & silver leaf on canvas.

This painting is all about the power of time—how we use it, how we perceive it, and how it defines success. At the center is the 39 mm Audemars Piguet - Royal Oak, more than just a watch; it’s a symbol of status, resilience, and control. Its name traces back to King Charles II, who found refuge in an oak tree to escape his enemies. That moment in history became a symbol of strategy and survival—just like this watch represents mastery over time, not just the passing of it. The crown above the watch ties into that legacy, reminding us that real power isn’t about money—it’s about knowing how to use time wisely.

To the left, the Joker in his red suit smirks at the viewer, adding an element of unpredictability. He represents the illusion of control—how some people chase time while others bend it to their will. His famous words, “Why so serious?”, challenge the idea that time should be feared or rigidly followed. Instead, maybe it’s something to be played with, shaped, and owned.

On the right, Mickey Mouse is painting the watch, a nod to creativity, reinvention, and the power of making time your own. It’s also a personal reflection of my work as an artist—I don’t just paint watches, I tell stories through them. Each piece I create is unique, tailored for collectors who understand that time isn’t just about counting minutes, but about making moments meaningful.

The background is dripping in wealth, quite literally. Hundred-dollar bills melt away, reinforcing the idea that while money comes and goes, time is the only true luxury. The bold contrast of turquoise, yellow, and red makes the watch pop, just like how icons in history stand out from the rest.

This painting is about more than just a luxury timepiece—it’s a statement.
